On Sunday, Tunisian Prime Minister Elias El-Fakhfakh said that his country had won the battle of Coruna, with the spread of the virus and the number of infections dropping to about fifty.

Most of the infections are now arrivals, and are subject to quarantine, and Tunisia will open its land, sea and air borders at the end of June, in a sign of controlling the virus.

Last week, Tunisian President Qais Saeed announced the lifting of the curfew on the entire country, which was imposed earlier to counter the spread of the new Corona virus.

The Tunisian authorities imposed a curfew on March 18th, to confront the Corona pandemic.
