The Indian Consulate in Dubai has announced the arrival of a flight carrying 153 Indians stranded in the Emirates to the Srinagar International Airport, as part of the extraordinary return flights for the stranded Indians wishing to return to their homeland.

The Indian Consulate said in a tweet through its official account on "tensioning", that the flight, which started from Dubai International Airport, includes pregnant women, children of residents, and stranded visitors, arrived a few hours ago to the northern city of Srinagar.

The consulate said earlier that the third stage of the return program, which ends on June 30, transported 14,300 Indian passengers, as of Monday.

According to Indian media, this is the first international plane to land at Srinagar airport to transport the stranded since the beginning of the Corona crisis.
